  • Open right nostril and close left nostril with middle and ring finger
  • Breathe out from right nostril
  • In the second cycle inhale with right nostril and exhale with left

Be focused and concentrate on your breathing, repeat these steps 15-20 times in the beginning; advancing to up to 50-100 times later after practicing it for 3 to 5 days for better results.

Everyone can practice Anulom Vilom Pranayam, including children, young adults, elderly people, and patients. Pregnant women can also practice it for a normal delivery

The best time for practicing this breathing exercise is early morning empty stomach. It can also be practiced after at least four to five hours of having food. After Pranayam avoid food and drinks for 15-20 minutes and let the body relax.
