Dehydration occurs when the body has insufficient water and other fluids to function properly. When you’re well-hydrated, your urine will be mostly clear with a tinge of yellow.
Apart from the common symptoms like intense thirst or sweating too much, the signals your body gives when it starts getting dehydrated is that you get Dry and Sticky Mouth as in the state of dehydration your body stops making enough saliva.
As you go through various stages of dehydration, you start feeling dizzy and confused and your skin starts getting dry. Your lips get dry and cracked.

How to Prevent Dehydration
Water plays such an immense role in your bodily functions, making it an essential part of your everyday life. Always carry a bottle of water with you during exercise or any physical activity.
It is especially important to pay attention to people who are sick with fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, so they may not become dehydrated. They should be given lots of water to replace the liquids that they’ve lost.
Stay hydrated by consuming water-packed food like Yogurt, Strawberries, Watermelon’s, and cucumbers and drink lots and lots of water; especially when it’s Summer time.
